1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and FoxPost ("FoxPost", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You must also comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Service. We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue the Service to anyone at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. Your account

To use certain features, you need a FoxPost account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep it up to date, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us promptly at service@ttk.ink. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Connecting TikTok

FoxPost integrates with TikTok through TikTok's official authorization process. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access the scopes you approve and to publish content on your behalf only as directed through the Service. FoxPost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. TikTok may change, limit, or discontinue its APIs, which may affect features of the Service. We are not responsible for changes made by TikTok.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos, images, captions, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant FoxPost a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service and to publish it as you direct.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to Your Content, and that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate applicable law. You are solely responsible for Your Content.

You may delete Your Content at any time. Residual copies may remain in backups for a reasonable period, and we may retain content where required by law. We do not endorse Your Content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
• upload malware, spam, or deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures;
• interfere with the operation, integrity, or availability of the Service;
• impersonate any person or organization; or
• use the Service in a way that violates TikTok's rules or policies.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown when you subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method, including applicable taxes.

Refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time in account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including TikTok, cloud hosting providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and changes or outages affecting them may affect the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including our software, design, logos, text, and other materials (but excluding Your Content), is owned by FoxPost or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including licenses for content already published, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive. Our handling of your data after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxPost disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish on time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxPost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to FoxPost in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD 100 if you have not paid for the Service).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FoxPost is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and FoxPost agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where mandatory consumer protection laws allow you to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-product notice before the changes take effect, where required by law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
